We are delighted to welcome you to Verdane's Product & Tech Day 2026 — a day created for us as product and technology leaders!
This year's theme, What Changes and What Stays the Same, puts AI front and centre — again. This is the third year running that AI has been the thread running through this event, and we're aware of how that sounds. The truth is, the questions haven't run out yet. We'd rather keep asking them honestly, even if that means admitting we're still learning. No matter where you are on your AI journey, this is an open space to connect with peers, share experiences, and work through what's true right now. You'll hear real use cases from companies facing the same decisions as you, and leave with a sharper point of view on where to bet — and where to hold firm.
We will start 6th of October with an Open Space with AI Partners followed by a networking activity and dinner on the evening, where you'll have the chance to connect with fellow product and technology leaders in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
On 7th October, we welcome you for registration before kicking off with our agenda, which you will find below.
AI is reshaping products, markets, and ways of working — faster than any agenda can keep pace with. That's why we've built the day around three questions we believe will remain relevant no matter how the landscape shifts by October:
a) Where can you lean in and move faster because the ground has shifted in your favour — and where do you need to get tougher because it's shifted against you?
b) What are the hard questions that have gotten harder, or easier, with AI?
c) What are the fundamentals that will stay the same — the ones you can anchor your strategy to, no matter how the technology moves?
Our ambition is that you walk away with a clearer sense of where to move, who to learn from, and a peer group ready to keep working on these questions together. Detailed agenda and speakers will be released in August.
The event will be held at Lily Country Club, Kløfta, Norway.
